I had received an Audit letter From the the IRS due to a mistake in social security number. I sent them an email and Josh McCormick replied that same day. ATS promptly reviewed my case, talked to me over the phone twice, explained their opinion in my case in details, and decided not to take on my case. This company was extremely helpful. We are having an issue with the IRS and they were honest and told us they could not guarantee a resolution. It is complicated and has to do with a foreign house seller and should not be our problem. They did help us to find forms we need to try to hopefully resolve it. Josh was extremely helpful in guiding us to what we need to do. Highly recommend this company!
